One fleet, six handover points
The same cars serve every point below. Where the car is on the day decides whether a positioning fee applies, and the widget shows that before you confirm. Normal handover hours are 08:00 to 18:00 at every point; outside those hours an out-of-hours fee of OMR 50 per vehicle applies.
Salalah
Salalah office
Salalah office (17.0185, 54.0940). Hours: by appointment — we confirm the time on WhatsApp.
The car is here. Walk in from your hotel taxi, or ask for the shuttle. Paperwork and the walk-round take 15 to 20 minutes. This is also where every Salalah rental is returned.
Salalah Airport (SLL)
Not inside the terminal. Our office is about ten minutes' drive away, and a free shuttle meets your flight at arrivals and takes you to the car. Give us your flight number when you request. Late and early flights are met; the OMR 50 out-of-hours fee applies outside 08:00 to 18:00.
Hotel delivery in Salalah
We bring the car to your hotel and do the paperwork at reception. Fee: quoted on request. Add the hotel name and your arrival time to the request. Return to the Salalah office, or ask about collection from the hotel.
Muscat
Al Azaiba
Muscat. Hours: 9:00 to 18:00, Saturday to Thursday. Closed Friday.
Our Muscat base, where the fleet is kept and serviced. Collect here for a Muscat rental or for the drive south to Salalah; a customer-driven Muscat to Salalah one-way has no relocation fee.
Shatti Al Qurum (airport delivery point)
About 15 minutes from Muscat International Airport. We meet you here, not at the airport terminal. Tell us your flight number and arrival time. Same hours as Al Azaiba; out-of-hours handover OMR 50 per vehicle.

A member of our staff drives the car from Oman to Al Quoz and hands it over there with the cross-border pack. Staff drive-out OMR 90 plus one day's rate; cross-border pack OMR 30, including cross-border insurance. 72 hours' notice. Return to the same point, or drop in Salalah for a one-way quote (quoted by our team before any hold is placed).
Abu Dhabi

Same arrangement as Dubai: staff drive-out OMR 90 plus one day's rate, cross-border pack OMR 30, 72 hours' notice. The direct road to Salalah is via Al Ain and the Mezyad border.

The shuttle is part of every airport collection and is free. We need your flight number so the driver is there when you land.
No. Al Azaiba and Shatti Al Qurum work 9:00 to 18:00, Saturday to Thursday. Friday handovers can sometimes be arranged in advance at the out-of-hours fee of OMR 50 per vehicle.
Some cars are based in Salalah; others are in Muscat and are brought down for your booking. If yours has to be moved, the fee is OMR 35 per leg in khareef, or OMR 50 per leg plus two days of that car's daily rate the rest of the year. A car already in Salalah costs nothing extra. Outside khareef we need 72 hours' notice.
